Our Dieter competed twice at the weekend and won again in his age group!

On Saturday in Ludwigschorgast at the Frankenwaldlauf, he ran 11 km through partly single trails and muddy forest paths with a few meters of elevation gain. He crossed the finish line in 00:54:53.

On Sunday in Neustadt bei Coburg, he ran 6 km up the Muppberg with some major climbs and loose ground, finishing in 00:33:00.
