Nearly 2,700 rooms in 20 student residences at six university locations: The fact that the Studentenwerk Oberfranken takes its mission to provide housing for students seriously as a core task becomes clear when looking at these figures. As not only the number of students is increasing, but also the demands on the student residences, we are always striving to adapt the living space we operate to the requirements in terms of energy and functionality.
