Notice of leaving and moving out

• Please arrange a moving out date with your caretaker well in advance – this way you avoid appointment difficulties and waiting times!
• Clear your room and clean it thoroughly when you move out. Your caretaker can help you with suitable materials if required.
• Please do not throw things you no longer need into the household waste on the day you move out – the bins will overflow! Disposing of bulky waste and electrical waste is the responsibility of the tenant, not the Studentenwerk.
• Do not forget your bike
• Remember to place a forwarding order for your mail

The period of notice for your tenancy is the same as the period of notice in your tenancy agreement. You will find further information in §14 of the General Rental Terms and Conditions.
