Whistleblower protection
The Studentenwerk Oberfranken adheres to the principle of working together with students, business partners and employees in a spirit of trust. Corruption, fraud or other legal violations have no place here. If you become aware of any violations of these principles in your daily work, please report them to us. Our aim is to comply with laws and regulations. If errors occur, we want to uncover and rectify them.
Your contact options
The Studentenwerk Oberfranken observes the requirements of the Whistleblower Protection Act and the EU-wide standard for the protection of whistleblowers in accordance with the EU Whistleblower Directive (EU-2019/1937). In order to implement these requirements, we have set up a whistleblower system with the option of reporting legal violations confidentially. There are two reporting channels available to you,

We work together with a service provider: Every report received via the reporting portal or the hotline reaches Integrity GmbH, which is our ombudsman's office responsible for handling reports. Reports can be submitted there with your contact details, but also anonymously. All reports are handled confidentially. Our service provider Integrity GmbH guarantees that the employees or managers of the Studentenwerk Oberfranken will not learn your name unless you have given your express prior consent. Details on data processing by Integrity GmbH can be found on the website, insider-report.org/datenschutzerklaerung. Our service provider Integrity GmbH will send you a confirmation of receipt within 7 days and will inform you within 3 months at the latest of the results of the investigation to your report.
